Need to Return Something?

Got a problem that needs looking at (non-medical only please), having an option fitted, or just sending back stock for a service?

Returning units is simple:

IMPORTANT: Please include a brief note of why the unit is being returned - even if you have been in contact about the return beforehand, things will happen faster if there's a reminder in the box!

Pack the unit in its original box if possible, and send back to the address below, clearly marked for SERVICE.

You don't need a returns number - this will be issued when the unit is booked into our system, and you will receive confirmation of its safe arrival, along with the returns number, and any applicable charges.

YOU WILL NEED TO APPROVE THE CHARGES (if out of guarantee) BEFORE
ANY WORK IS UNDERTAKEN.
