All New Version of AudioCore Now Available

Coinciding with the fantastic reception of the DP428 at PLASA this month, XTA is pleased to announce the much awaited latest version of AudioCore.

This much updated version adds many new features including the control of the new DP428 audio management system.

This version supports TCP/IP comms protocol, allowing remote access via an Ethernet link (with a suitable adapter) and making it compatible with our Walkabout wireless interface kit.

Many control enhancements have been included such as intelligent copy and paste functions that allow input or output settings to be moved across different devices, and bigger clearer editing screens for use with tablet PCs.

Curve dragging has also been improved with shadow EQ curves showing each filter's contribution to the overall response of any output. Selection and adjustment of filters is easier than ever before - select a filter and drag along the edge of the frequency scale or edge of the level scale. (Also dragging along frequency scale whilst right-clicking will adjust 'Q' where appropriate).

A right click on any curve window will allow its magnification to be changed to show a better overall response, and an overlay of the phase repsonse is now also available.

Real time control of all the DP428's features is available, including the input graphic equalisers (with instant response curve), and adjustment of channel gains, now with metering on the same screen.
